The Box:
This sturdy archival storage box is designed to protect fragile textiles, such as silks, old lace, and other textiles. Made from 1000 micron Archival Boxboard this box is a popular size for wedding dresses and will make excellent long term storage and protection for your special garments. This costume box passes the Photographic Activity Test (P.A.T), is acid free, lignin free and is coated with a light grey coloured laminate on the outside. This laminate is abrasion, dirt and grease resistant.
The Tissue:
Wrapping your garment in acid free tissue is recommended for added protection. Our excellent quality Unbuffered Acid Free Silk Tissue is best for wrapping and storing natural fibres. This comes in 5 meter rolls which is perfect to pair with this costume box.
The Gloves:
These White Cotton Gloves are designed to protect your garments from handling damage such as harmful fingerprint oils, chemicals and dirt. Made from 100% cotton these lightweight gloves comes in three sizes, Small, Medium & Large. See Specs tab for details. PLEASE NOTE: For hygiene reasons there are no returns on this product.

Boxes are sent flat packed and can be assembled using a Bone Folder

We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be subject to the guarantee policy of the manufacturer, and any claims must be in accordance with the terms of such warranties.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returned goods by prior arrangement.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced, credited or refunded in compliance with consumer statutory requirements.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if preferred a credit can be issued to your account.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
