Suitability for Use
Conservation Supplies takes every care to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service, however it is the users responsibility to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the intended purpose. No guarantee is given or implied that any product we supply is fit for any particular purpose, and our liability is strictly limited to the invoice value of the items concerned

Warranty
We supply products made by various manufacturers. The warranty of the product will be subject to the guarantee policy of the manufacturer, and any claims must be in accordance with the terms of such warranties.

Returns and Exchanges
We will accept returned goods by prior arrangement.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note there are some items we cannot accept as a return.                                                

These include all single items listed below:

• Single paper Envelopes
• Single Polyester Enclosures
• Single Birth Certificate Enclosures
• Single Paper Sheets
• Single Folders & Wallets
• Single Tissue Sheets
• Single pairs of gloves
• Any single item under the value of $10.00 ex GST
• Any boxes once they have been made up

Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be replaced, credited or refunded in compliance with consumer statutory requirements.

Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Or if preferred a credit can be issued to your account. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Conservation Supplies, 12 Donnelly Street, Havelock North, Havelock North 4130, New Zealand

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
